Pegasus Designs has designed a control system which provides smooth control of the decoiler. We can retrofit the Decoiler Control System onto existing powered decoilers or supply the system for new machinery.

 

We have developed software capable to determine the power requirements of any decoiler, accounting for the system geometry, coil mass, coil diameter, line speed and maximum lengths manufactured, to avoid the costly mistake of installing a motor gearbox combination which does not suit the requirements.
